“If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me” (Luke 9:23).

Salvation is synonymous with discipleship. In order to become a child of God, you need to follow Jesus. The Great Commission in Matthew 28 is not to make converts but disciples. As Luke 9:23 clearly shows, discipleship is an all-encompassing pursuit. It takes self-denial, determination and, sometimes, even suffering. While it may not be always easy to follow Jesus, the rewards are well worth it. The Bible says that the pursuit of godliness is “profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come” (1 Tim 4:8). So, I encourage you to pick up your cross and follow Jesus as his disciple.
Mission statement
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19-20).
The chief commission Jesus gives to his church is to make disciples of all nations. Although this applies to every church, being and international church this charge resonates even more with us. Therefore, the chief mission of our church is to disciple people to live in accordance to God’s Word because, when this happens, God is glorified and we will shine as light in the world.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
